POST commander's message

Welcome to American Legion Post 304

On behalf of our officers, members, and the entire American Legion Family, welcome to American Legion Post 304 in Dania Beach, Florida. Our roots in Dania Beach go back more than 75 years. Chartered on October 7, 1949, as the Marshall LaBree Post No. 304, generations of veterans have carried forward our commitment to service, fellowship, Americanism, and community.

Today, Post 304 continues that proud tradition. We are more than a gathering place—we are a community built on service, camaraderie, and a shared commitment to our veterans, active-duty military, their families, and the community we call home. Together with American Legion Auxiliary Unit 304 and Sons of The American Legion Squadron 304, we support veterans and military families, youth programs, community initiatives, patriotic observances, and charitable causes throughout the year. We are also proud to be a place where our members, neighbors, and guests can come together for dinners, entertainment, special events, ceremonies, and friendship.

Whether you are a veteran looking for a place to belong, interested in becoming part of the American Legion Family, visiting Dania Beach, or simply looking to learn more about us, we invite you to stop in and experience Post 304 for yourself. For more than 75 years, Post 304 has been part of this community. We are proud of our history, grateful to those who came before us, and committed to carrying their legacy of service into the future.

We look forward to welcoming you to Post 304.
